TourLeaderNow is operated by Famous Travel S.A., 25, 3rd September Str., Athens, Greece. These terms apply to business travel agencies and independent professional tour leaders, not consumer bookings. By registering or booking, you accept these terms and warrant that you are authorised to act for your business. TourLeaderNow introduces the parties and administers requests, confirmations and payments as an intermediary; it is not the tour organiser, employer or provider of the leader’s services. Each party remains responsible for its licences, insurance, taxes, professional duties and applicable law.

Leaders provide accurate profiles, qualifications and availability and set their own net daily rates. The platform adds a service fee; agencies see the final EUR price and leaders see their net remuneration. The accepted offer identifies dates, inclusive tour days, itinerary and agreed services; a request alone is not a confirmed booking. Changes require written agreement through the platform. VAT and any additional charges must be specified in the offer or invoice where applicable.

A 15% deposit is payable at confirmation and the balance no later than 15 days before departure. A booking made within 20 days of departure requires 100% payment at booking. Bank transfer details (Piraeus Bank / Revolut Business) are sent with your booking confirmation. Card payment (+3% fee) is coming soon and unavailable. Payment is recorded by the team after funds are received; a demo status change is not evidence of a real payment.

The agency covers the leader’s single room in the group hotel, half board, for the entire tour; travel to and from the starting point; and entrance fees for visits with the group. Meals not covered by the hotel are paid locally or included by written agreement. The agency supplies a safe, workable itinerary and timely operational information. Leaders perform with reasonable professional care and promptly report difficulties.

Full surname, telephone and email are disclosed only after confirmation and receipt of the required deposit (or full payment for late bookings). Do not put contact details in public profiles or videos. For 24 months after introduction through TourLeaderNow, parties must not bypass the platform to arrange or pay for services resulting from that introduction, directly or through third parties. Pre-existing independently documented relationships are excluded. Necessary operational contact after payment is allowed, but resulting bookings must remain on the platform.

Only agencies with a completed booking may submit one honest 1–5-star review of that booking. Reviews must reflect first-hand experience and may not contain personal contact data, discrimination, threats, defamatory allegations or paid endorsements. Reviews are not removed merely for being negative; either party may report abuse and request a reasoned review at info@tour-leaders.com. We may moderate unlawful content, suspend misuse or misleading accounts, and explain our decision where appropriate.
7.
Cancellation and privacy are governed by the separate policies. Each party is liable for its own breach; the operator does not guarantee third-party performance and is not liable for indirect losses except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Notify disputes promptly at info@tour-leaders.com; parties should first seek an amicable resolution. Greek law applies and competent Athens courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law. Material changes apply prospectively and do not alter an accepted booking without agreement.
