The data controller is Famous Travel S.A., 25, 3rd September Str., Athens, Greece, contact info@tour-leaders.com. We process account names, business details, email and phone, professional profiles, photographs, CVs, certifications, videos, availability, requests, booking and payment records, reviews and essential technical/security logs. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive data or third-party information without authority. Demo records are fictional samples; public demo logins must not be used for real personal or business data.

We use information to operate accounts and bookings (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), comply with legal and accounting duties (6(1)(c)), prevent fraud, secure the service and manage professional reviews (6(1)(f)), and send optional marketing only with consent (6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not sell personal data or make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Approved profile information and approved introduction videos are public; surname, phone and email remain private until the booking is confirmed and the required payment is received. Booking information is shared with the relevant agency, leader and authorised operator staff only as necessary. We use contracted hosting, authentication, storage and, when connected, email/payment processors under appropriate data-protection terms. Resend email delivery and card processing are not currently connected. International transfers, if needed, use GDPR-approved safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses; ask us for details.

Accounts and profiles are kept while active. After closure, unnecessary profile/media data is normally deleted or anonymised within 90 days, unless a dispute or legal duty requires retention. Booking, invoice and tax records are retained for the applicable statutory period; security logs normally for up to 12 months. We restrict staff access and use private storage, access controls and encrypted transport, but no system is risk-free. Report suspected breaches at info@tour-leaders.com.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to legitimate-interest processing at info@tour-leaders.com. We verify identity and normally respond within one month. Some records cannot be erased while legally required. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or your local EU supervisory authority. Essential session and language-preference storage supports sign-in and the chosen language; optional analytics or advertising cookies require consent where applicable. Policy changes will be published here.
