Search → Request → Confirmed
1. Search or post an open request
Agencies filter leaders by language, countries, tour type, dates, experience and daily rate – or post an open request that notifies matching leaders.
2. Send a booking request
Add group name, pax, dates, departure city and the itinerary (typed day by day or uploaded as PDF/Word).
3. The leader responds
Accept, decline, or counter-offer a different rate. The agency sees the final price as an offer.
4. Confirm and pay
The agency confirms the offer and pays by bank transfer using the details sent with confirmation. After our team records the required payment, the agency receives the leader’s contact details. Card payment (+3% fee) — coming soon.
5. Tour & review
After the tour is completed, the agency leaves a 1–5 star review on the leader's profile.
Payment terms
- 15% deposit at booking confirmation.
- Balance no later than 15 days before tour start.
- Bookings made within 20 days of start: 100% payment at booking.
- Bank transfer details (Piraeus Bank / Revolut Business) are sent with your booking confirmation.
- Card payment (+3% fee) — coming soon
Standard terms on every offer
- The agency covers the tour leader's single room (same hotel as the group, half board) for the whole tour.
- The agency covers the leader's travel to and from the starting point, and any entrance fees with the group.
- Per-diem meals not covered by the hotel are paid locally by the agency or included as agreed.
